2. Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered by our hosting provider: [HOSTING-ANBIETER, z. B. Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA]. When you visit, the provider processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser identifier and, where applicable, the previously visited page) in server logs in order to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after [SPEICHERDAUER laut Hosting-Anbieter]. [Angaben zur Auftragsverarbeitung und Drittlandübermittlung, z. B. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework und/oder Standardvertragsklauseln]

The value never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time via your browser’s site data. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested.

4. Links to the apps

If you follow a link to a FaLe app (e.g. the web version of FaLe PDF), that app’s privacy policy applies there.

5. Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your message and contact details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Contact us at the email address above.
