Convert HEIC to PDF

Turn iPhone photos (HEIC) into a PDF – in browsers that can open HEIC.

How can I check that nothing is uploaded?

Your files are processed in this browser tab. This page has no function that sends files to a server, and its security rules (Content Security Policy) forbid connections to other servers.

Check it yourself: load this page, then switch on flight mode or disconnect Wi-Fi and run the tool. It still works – because everything happens on your device.

Which browsers does this work in?

In browsers that can open HEIC themselves – mainly Safari on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Many other browsers can’t read HEIC. You’ll see this right after choosing.

My browser can’t open HEIC – what now?

Open the page in Safari, share the photo from the Photos app “as JPG”, or on the iPhone set Settings → Camera → Formats to “Most Compatible”. “JPG to PDF” accepts JPGs in any browser.

Why is HEIC so common?

The iPhone saves photos as HEIC by default because the files are smaller than JPG at the same quality. Many programs and forms can’t handle it, though – a PDF they can.

How large will the PDF be?

The photos are stored as high-quality JPG, so the PDF is usually larger than the HEIC files. “Continue with: Compress PDF” makes it smaller.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. The PDF is created in your browser on your device.
