Convert HEIC to JPG

Turn iPhone photos (HEIC) into JPGs – in browsers that can open HEIC.

How can I check that nothing is uploaded?

Your files are processed in this browser tab. This page has no function that sends files to a server, and its security rules (Content Security Policy) forbid connections to other servers.

Check it yourself: load this page, then switch on flight mode or disconnect Wi-Fi and run the tool. It still works – because everything happens on your device.

Why FaLe?
  • Honest

We don’t ship our own HEIC decoder. If your browser can’t open HEIC, we tell you right away and show you an easy way to get a JPG.

  • Date kept

The capture date is carried over into the JPG so your gallery sorts correctly. Location and camera data are removed.

  • No upload

Your photos stay on your device.

My browser can’t open HEIC – what now?

Share the photo from the Photos app “as JPG”, or on the iPhone set Settings → Camera → Formats to “Most Compatible”. The camera then saves JPG directly.

Are my photos uploaded?

Is the capture date kept?
