Resize PDF pages

Unify mixed page sizes or get ready for print – with a live preview.

How can I check that nothing is uploaded?

Your files are processed in this browser tab. This page has no function that sends files to a server, and its security rules (Content Security Policy) forbid connections to other servers.

Check it yourself: load this page, then switch on flight mode or disconnect Wi-Fi and run the tool. It still works – because everything happens on your device.

Good to know

How it works – step by step
  1. Choose your PDF

Select the PDF whose pages should get a new size.

  2. Pick size and fit

Choose the format, the orientation and whether the content is fitted or scaled to fill the page. Set margins, bleed and an extra scale if needed.

  3. Resize and save

Check the pages in the preview, tap “Resize” and download the PDF.

Why FaLe?
  • Text stays text

Pages are not turned into images. Text stays searchable and sharp, links keep working.

  • Unify mixed sizes

Letter and A4 mixed, a landscape page in between? With “Automatic” landscape pages stay landscape and everything else becomes uniform.

  • Ready for the print shop

Up to 10 mm bleed, a correctly set TrimBox and, if you like, content that extends into the bleed.

  • Rotated pages included

Pages saved with a rotation or an offset page frame are taken over the way you see them.

Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?

No. The new page size is calculated entirely in your browser.

What is the difference between fit and fill?

Fit shows the whole page and leaves a border if the aspect ratio differs. Fill uses the whole new page and cuts off a little at the edges. Actual size does not scale at all.

Are links and form fields kept?

Links and comments are moved along with the content. Form fields are kept, too; on pages that were saved rotated they may appear turned afterwards.

What is bleed for?

Print shops trim the paper after printing. To avoid a white strip at the edge, the page is made slightly larger all round. The final size is stored as the TrimBox.

Can I resize only some pages?

Yes. Choose a page range under “Which pages?” – the other pages stay as they are.
