How can I check that nothing is uploaded?
Your files are processed in this browser tab. This page has no function that sends files to a server, and its security rules (Content Security Policy) forbid connections to other servers.
Check it yourself: load this page, then switch on flight mode or disconnect Wi-Fi and run the tool. It still works – because everything happens on your device.
Good to know
How it works – step by step
Choose the contract
Pick the type of contract and enter your customer, contract or membership number. Choose the earliest possible date or a specific date.
Recipient and sender
Enter the company’s address and your own. Your browser can remember your sender details for next time if you like.
Sign and save
Sign with your finger or later on the printout, create the PDF and send it – or copy the text into an e-mail.
Why FaLe?
Fits a window envelope
The letter follows the DIN 5008 layout: address in the window, return address line, fold and punch marks.
Nothing forgotten
Request for confirmation, withdrawal of the direct debit, an optional data erasure request and a fallback regular cancellation for special cancellations.
Clear wording
Polite, unambiguous sentences that say exactly what you want – no legal claims about any particular country.
Your data stays with you
The letter is created in your browser. Nothing is sent; your sender details are only stored by your browser if you want.

Frequently asked questions
Is this legal advice?
No. The tool gives you a clear, polite letter. Notice periods and special cancellation rights depend on your contract and the law where you live – check them before sending.
How should I send the letter?
In a way you can prove, for example by recorded delivery. Many companies also accept e-mail; for online contracts there is often a cancellation option in your account.
Do I need to sign it?
Many contracts can be cancelled in writing without a handwritten signature, but some – tenancies, for example – may require a signed paper letter. Check your agreement.
What does “earliest possible date” mean?
The contract ends on the earliest date your contract allows. You don’t have to calculate the notice period yourself and avoid an invalid date.
Is my information stored?
No. Everything stays in your browser. Only if you switch on “Remember sender” does your browser keep your name and address on this device – switching it off deletes them.
