How can I check that nothing is uploaded?
Your files are processed in this browser tab. This page has no function that sends files to a server, and its security rules (Content Security Policy) forbid connections to other servers.
Check it yourself: load this page, then switch on flight mode or disconnect Wi-Fi and run the tool. It still works – because everything happens on your device.

Frequently asked questions
Which currencies and tax rates can I use?
EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD and AUD. Each line gets its own tax rate, and you can name the tax (e.g. VAT, GST or sales tax) or leave tax out entirely.
Does the invoice meet the legal requirements of my country?
The tool doesn’t give tax or legal advice – requirements differ between countries. Check what your invoices must contain; the German page of this tool covers the German rules.
What is the payment QR code?
An EPC QR code (also called GiroCode) for SEPA transfers in euros. Many European banking apps read the payee, IBAN, amount and reference from it. It is only added for EUR invoices with a valid IBAN.
Where is my data stored?
Nowhere unless you ask for it. With the tick boxes your browser remembers your details, bank data, logo and the last invoice number on this device. Switching off deletes them.
Can I add my logo?
Yes – a PNG or JPG. It appears at the top left of the invoice.
