Frequently asked questions
How accurate is the recognition?
Very good with sharp, well-lit photos. Handwriting, tiny text and strong shadows are hard. Uncertain words are highlighted.
Is the layout kept?
Headings, paragraphs, lists and tables are taken over. Exact spacing, fonts and pictures in the photo are not – the goal is a document to keep editing.
Can I put several pages in one document?
Yes. Choose several images – each starts on a new page in the Word document. Or get one file per image.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser. After the first visit the page also works offline.
