How can I check that nothing is uploaded?
Your files are processed in this browser tab. This page has no function that sends files to a server, and its security rules (Content Security Policy) forbid connections to other servers.
Check it yourself: load this page, then switch on flight mode or disconnect Wi-Fi and run the tool. It still works – because everything happens on your device.

Frequently asked questions
Which interest rate should I use?
The rate in your terms of business or the statutory rate where you or your customer are based. The tool does not assume any country’s rules – you enter the rate.
How is the interest calculated?
Simple interest per day: outstanding amount × annual rate × days late / 365, from the day after the due date to the date you choose.
How many reminders should I send?
That is up to you. A friendly reminder first often works, because invoices are frequently just overlooked.
Is this legal advice?
No. The tool helps you write a clear letter. Check the rules that apply to you before charging interest or fees.
Is my data stored?
No. Only your sender details can be remembered by your browser if you switch that on.
