How it works – step by step
Choose your letter PDF
Select your letter, invoice or quote as a PDF – for example saved from a word processor without header and footer.
Add the letterhead
Choose your letterhead as a PDF or image. If the PDF has two pages, page 1 goes on the first page and page 2 on all following pages. The preview shows every page.
Add and send
Tap “Add letterhead” and download the finished PDF – ready to email or print.

Are my files uploaded?
No. Letter and letterhead are processed only in your browser and never leave your device.
How do I get a different design for the following pages?
The easiest way is a two-page letterhead PDF: page 1 for the first page, page 2 for all others. Alternatively choose a separate file or “No design” under “Following pages”.
Why can't I see the letterhead?
Your document probably has a white background that covers it – typical for scans. Choose “Above” under “Layer”.
Can I use an image as the letterhead?
Yes, PNG, JPG or WebP. For sharp prints it should be high resolution, about 2480 × 3508 pixels for A4. A PDF always stays sharper, though.
Does the letterhead fit other page sizes?
Yes. “Fit” keeps the aspect ratio, “Fill” fills the page and cuts off the edges, “Stretch” matches it exactly. Rotated pages get it the right way up.
