Will this be accepted everywhere?
A simple written authorisation is enough for many everyday matters, but banks, notaries and some authorities require their own forms or a certified document. Ask beforehand – this is not legal advice.
Do I have to sign it?
Yes. You can sign with your finger or sign the printout by hand, which is more widely accepted.
Is this a lasting power of attorney?
No. Long-term or general powers of attorney have stricter requirements depending on your country; this tool is not meant for them.
Is my data stored?
No. Everything stays in your browser. Only if you switch it on does your browser remember your name and address.
