Remove blank pages
Blank backs from the scanner? They are found and shown to you for a check.

- No limits
- No watermark

How can I check that nothing is uploaded?
Your files are processed in this browser tab. This page has no function that sends files to a server, and its security rules (Content Security Policy) forbid connections to other servers.
Check it yourself: load this page, then switch on flight mode or disconnect Wi-Fi and run the tool. It still works – because everything happens on your device.
Good to know
How it works – step by step
Choose a PDF
Pick your PDF, for example a batch scan with blank back sides.
Check the detected pages
Every page is looked at. Blank pages are marked red, and under every page you see how much of it is printed. Tap a page to change its mark, or move the threshold.
Remove and save
Tap “Remove blank pages” and download the cleaned-up PDF.
Why FaLe?
Check first, then delete
Nothing disappears unasked: you see every detected page marked in the grid and decide yourself.
Made for scans
Dark scanner edges and single dust specks don’t count as content. You choose how much of the border is ignored.
Adjustable threshold
Should pages with just a page number go, too? Move the threshold up a little – the percentage under every page helps.
Content stays untouched
The remaining pages are not recalculated. Text stays searchable and image quality stays the same.

Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Pages are analysed and removed right in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device.
How does the tool recognise a blank page?
Every page is drawn small and the share of pixels clearly darker than the paper is measured, ignoring the border and single specks. If the share is below the threshold you set, the page counts as blank.
What if a page is detected wrongly?
Just tap it: a marked page is then kept, an unmarked one is removed as well. “Auto” brings back the detected selection.
Are pages with very little text detected?
A page number right at the edge usually lies in the ignored border – such pages count as blank. A short line of text on the page is kept with the careful default. If it should go too, move the threshold up a little.
How long does the check take?
That depends on the number of pages and your device. Progress is shown, and you can already tap pages while the check is running.
