How can I check that nothing is uploaded?
Your files are processed in this browser tab. This page has no function that sends files to a server, and its security rules (Content Security Policy) forbid connections to other servers.
Check it yourself: load this page, then switch on flight mode or disconnect Wi-Fi and run the tool. It still works – because everything happens on your device.

How it works – step by step
Choose the dates
Enter one or more periods. Weekends are left out; if you work in Germany, pick your state to leave out its public holidays too.
Add your details
Name, department, type of leave, stand-in and, if you like, your annual entitlement to see what is left.
Sign and hand in
Sign with your finger or on the printout. There is a box with signature lines for the approval.

Frequently asked questions
Which public holidays are counted?
None by default. You can choose a German state to leave out its statewide public holidays; other countries are not included.
I also work on Saturdays – what now?
Choose the 6-day week, then Monday to Saturday count as working days.
Is the request approved by this?
No. Your employer approves it – there is a box for that at the bottom of the page.
Is my data stored?
Only if you switch on “Remember my details” – then in this browser. Switching it off deletes them.
