How can I check that nothing is uploaded?
Your files are processed in this browser tab. This page has no function that sends files to a server, and its security rules (Content Security Policy) forbid connections to other servers.
Check it yourself: load this page, then switch on flight mode or disconnect Wi-Fi and run the tool. It still works – because everything happens on your device.

How it works – step by step
Enter your details
Name, job title, contact and address. Profiles and a logo by link are optional.
Check legal details
For German companies, choose the legal form: FaLe shows which details belong in business e-mails and what is missing.
Copy and paste
Click “Copy signature” and paste it into the signature settings of Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. For Thunderbird and classic Outlook there’s an .htm file.

Frequently asked questions
How do I add the signature in Outlook?
Click “Copy signature”, open Outlook’s signature settings, create a new signature and paste. The exact path for new and classic Outlook is shown under the preview.
Why doesn’t my logo show?
The logo has to be online, e.g. on your website, starting with https://. Gmail removes embedded images. Some recipients also only load images after a click.
Does it look good in dark mode?
The colours are chosen to stay readable on light and dark backgrounds. Check your logo with the dark mode preview – a PNG with a transparent background works best.
Can I use it on an iPhone?
The iPhone’s Mail app only partly keeps formatting. Use the text version there (“Copy as text”).
Is my data stored?
No. Everything happens on this page; nothing is uploaded or saved.
